Supervsion
I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor, providing clinical supervision and professional development to pre-licensure counselors and masters levels clinical interns. Clinical Supervision should first provide checks and balances for your work. It provides oversight to be sure you are providing effective, ethical and legal services to clients. Supervision should also help the therapist or social worker develop their skills and help prepare them for licensure. And supervision should provide a safe place to explore professional development such as career goals, burnout, problems or frustrations in your current employment. I find it very rewarding to be a part of their clinical development and growth. My style and approach to supervision can be described as warm, humorous, curious, and interactive.

I am happy to offer a brief 20-minute in-person or video meeting to discuss your supervision needs and to see if we can be a good fit to work together. I am available to discuss your clinical needs and to provide you with ongoing supportive clinical consultation.
Consultation
I am available for consultations with individuals and organizations. For newly licensed clinicians or even seasoned clinicians in private practice, I am also available to provide clinical case consultation. Private practice, especially early in one’s career, can often be very isolating. Clinical consultation can help to mitigate the sense of working alone. It can be invaluable to conceptualize challenging cases, troubleshoot ethical issues/concerns, and gain another outside perspective. consultations are I am a skilled counselor with experience and expertise on topics including substance misuse, anger management, suicide, domestic violence, trauma, and organizational management
Presentations
I bring 15 years as a seasoned case worker and clinician. I have worked with various agencies such Yahoo, Ultimate Medical Academy, SEIU Benefots group 775 and City Year. I am skilled at developing material and is availables for webniar, seminars and presentations. We will work together to discuss theme, interest and information that will be valuable to your organization within developing healthy mental health.
